GO SEAHAWKS!!!
Those Hawks are feeling hungry for another one of these! They've got their work cut out for them going against Brett Favre and the weather and muddy field at Lambeau.
In a news conference, Deanna Favre announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers this coming Sunday. Deanna asserts that she is qualified to be starting QB because she has spent the past 16 years married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers. During this period of time she became familiar with the definition of a corner blitz and is now completely comfortable with other terminology of the Packers offense.
A survey of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.
Any of this sounds idiotic and unbelievable to you?
Well, Hillary Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be President.
And 50% of Democrats polled agreed.
She has never run a City, County, or State.
When told Hillary Clinton has experience because she has 8 years in the White House, Dick Morris stated, "So has the pastry chef."
Oh well. At least they gave an effort. Tonight is when the Patriots go down!!! The Jaguars play well on the road and the Pats are waaaaaayyyyy over due for a loss!
I like the Giants. I kind of feel bad for Eli because he's not a bad quarterback and if he had any other last name he would be considered pretty good for the number of years that he's been playing. Aside from that, their defense is impressive.
Sorry, Jason. You better hope Jessica Simpson is in the stands then, because if Romo is focused, the Giants are in trouble. I'm not a fan of Eli Manning, so I'm looking for the Cowboys' defense to break his legs in the first quarter. Nothing personal, just business. ;)
Perish the thought! TO is going to have 2 TD catches, and they will rush 2 more...and let's throw in a special teams TD. Uh, the defense will run back an interception, so my pick will be Dallas...42-24
Stop dreaming, Daniel!!! Besides, if you'll notice the photo it says NFC Champions on the side. No matter how good the Patriots are they will never be the champions of a division they're not even in. :) gotcha!
That's very funny...I can see you are able to manipulate verses from the NT to suit your football needs. It's not possible to do that with the Hebrew Bible. I will remind you, however, what God has done to Giants in the past, (read Nephilim)...God doesn't like Giants, Jason. Why struggle against the wishes of God?
I guess you've got me backed in a corner there, my friend. As long as David doesn't show up on the field though the Giants may have a chance. If you recall Goliath only lost in the end. Until David showed up he was holding his own quite well.
I wasn't talking about Goliath..I referenced HaNephilim in Genesis. Goliath was possibly 'cooler' but God dealt with HaNephilim with extreme prejudice!
Hopefully your shirt can be mended! :) I am also hoping for Green Bay and New England to be in the Super Bowl. I wouldn't be sad to see the Giants there but just think that Eli has already accomplished silencing the critics and would love to see Favre get another Super Bowl win to cap off this incredible season for him. He's just a class act.
I'm starting a full-contact horse-shoe league that will be part American Gladiators, only with horse-shoes. No helmuts or safety gear allowed. I'm getting alot of interest from guys in nursing homes...they say it'll make them feel young again...
Wow...I step away for just a few minutes, and look what happens. I have a bar of soap...who wants to go first? Believe me, everyone gets a turn...c'mon, step up! Jason, get over here. You're first....you know better.
Not to be a stick in the mud, but Viagra in the nursing home is seriously bad!
Grandpa has "rights" and demands a prescription, and then he wanders the hall harassing the staff and other elderly female patients who are incapable of defending themselves and/or have dementia.
You can't make him stay in his room because that would be putting him in "restraints." (I'm serious.)
You would be amazed and appalled at how much of that goes on, and how much of it is gotten away with!
Daniel, you're giving me flashbacks of my childhood! My Mom used to wash my mouth out with soap. When I go to the store now I buy soap by how I remember them tasting. I knew I was really in trouble when she'd put the bar up against the top of my mouth and scrape it on my top teeth so the bad taste would linger.
when you think of WHERE bar soap has been unless you're using a new bar, well the old "yuck" factor kicks in adding a whole new dimension...i haven't had a bar of soap in my house in thirty years!
I had a roomate a number of years ago that would constantly use my washcloth in the shower. Finally I said to him, "Think for a moment about the last place I wash, and the first place you wash. He figured it out and never used it again. Hehehe.
Oh boy! 'em Seahawks got slaughtered. I just hope N.Y. beats Green Bay now that Seattle is out of the running. Being a Chicago-native, I can't stand Brett and the Peckers(so sorry if I offended anyone. That wasn't my intention.)
Anyhow, frank family: you're always welcome to visit my blog and I refuse to stir religious confrontation--not on my blog anyway!

You're welcome here anytime rhonda!
Did you see my addition to your Obama post?
Yeah, I looked nover the site last night. Where it really lost me was when it linked to a magazine praising Farrakhan.
Should be a cake walk...

HA! That was a great point! Looks like Deanna Favre is making a comeback right now against Seattle...boy, she has a great arm!
Hilarious Farmer!!! Maybe we need to take a closer look at the pastry chef. At least we know the pastry chef has skills.
By the way everyone,
14 - 0 SEATTLE SEAHAWKS AFTER ONLY 4 MINUTES OF PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe the pastry chef will perform at Halftime.
Sorry, Jason. Their feathers fell out...oh well.
GO PATS!!!
Oh well. At least they gave an effort. Tonight is when the Patriots go down!!! The Jaguars play well on the road and the Pats are waaaaaayyyyy over due for a loss!
Not looking good for the Jaguars...
Ok, tomorrow the Cowboys and the Colts will come out winners. Would you agree?
Colts - yes
Cowboys -- no!
I like the Giants. I kind of feel bad for Eli because he's not a bad quarterback and if he had any other last name he would be considered pretty good for the number of years that he's been playing. Aside from that, their defense is impressive.

After all, what's a little leg break between friends. :)
The only broken leg at the end of the night will be TO. One KO for TO coming up!!!
Sorry frank family...but that Deanna Favre is one tough hombre. Maybe next year.
Now, anybody but Dallas...
Perish the thought! TO is going to have 2 TD catches, and they will rush 2 more...and let's throw in a special teams TD. Uh, the defense will run back an interception, so my pick will be Dallas...42-24
Don't worry, nanc, they won't be making any more of them this year anyway. :(
There will several made that look just like them, only they will say "New England Patriots."
Wont't it be Tom Brady's 5th?
Stop dreaming, Daniel!!! Besides, if you'll notice the photo it says NFC Champions on the side. No matter how good the Patriots are they will never be the champions of a division they're not even in. :) gotcha!
Ugh. Ok, you got me...so let's take baby steps. Today Indie and Dallas will pummel their opponents, and we'll handle next week...well, next week.
The Colts are making me nervous!
Wow! I did not expect this! The Patriots are going to destroy San Diego, though.
Based on your poll, nobody else saw this coming, either!
That was really sad!
Go Giantssssssssss!..haha
7 - 0 Giants!!!
Shame on you guys. Since God wants the Cowboys to win, why wouldn't you?
Funny, I don't remember Matthew saying John the Southern Baptist. However, I do remember there being wise men from the East. :)

AND THE GIANTS WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tore kriah when he threw that interception. Unbelieveable. So, do you think they will beat the Packers?
I would like to see New England vs. Green Bay in the Super Bowl.

I agree with all that, but I would also like to see history be made by New England.
I too am hoping GB makes it
i hate basketball!
I agree nanc! Ever since they let women start playing on real courts it's never been the same. Oh......was that out loud?! HeeHeeHee
do they let those boxers wear those rings in a match?
I'm lost.
yehudi01,
It often happens when nanc is around...get used to it
I hardly know who to root for, but one thing is for certain; it's going to be one heckuva game!
Jason..I know absolutely nothing about sports, but I must say that this post has kept me laughing! :)
I'm starting a full-contact horse-shoe league that will be part American Gladiators, only with horse-shoes. No helmuts or safety gear allowed. I'm getting alot of interest from guys in nursing homes...they say it'll make them feel young again...
Did you hear they started handing out viagra to all the guys at nursing homes?
reminds me of a story...

Did you hear they started handing out viagra to all the guys at nursing homes?
I heard there are some stiff penalties for that.
that ain't right...Lord forgive me and feed all the pygmies in Africa
i thought it was new guinea?
Actually the real reason is that it keeps them from rolling out of the bed at night. :)
OH MY WORD!
reminds me of one of my "oh boo" moments posts here awhile back...
Wow...I step away for just a few minutes, and look what happens.

Believe it or not, that only happened to me once, for saying s**t. After that I was smart enough to run faster than my mom!
that's child abuse!
liquid soap works much better...i've heard...
be sure to add water, the bubbles are so lovely!
bwaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahaha!

and then YOU used it again?
Uh...well,,,, no! Uh, of course not.
