Thank You Hashem For Your Goodness

Genesis 1:14-19

14 And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

2And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

Happy thoughts. :)

I went to sleep and missed the eclipse. Staying up gets hard when you're old!

I saw it, and it was glorious!

Oh, MAN, Frank Family...you took the words out of my mouth with ICE PELLETS!

The Eclipse was beautiful...only to be magnified by the comments of a dear friend: (I paraphrase) "this is a situation where the world gets between the sun and the moon..all goes dark and the moon is kept from the light...don't let the world get so between you and the SON that His light can't shine in you anymore"
