Chiefs 17 -- Cardinals 27

We had the privilege of going to see the first Chiefs preseason home game. It was by far the best seats we've ever gotten and was a perfect temperate evening to enjoy seeing our Chiefs play. They lost but you could see some improvements on the offensive line compared with last year. It's a rebuilding year and I'm sure will be a long year to be a Chiefs fan but I think we are actually rebuilding right this time. Only time will tell. Whatever the case it's always a great feeling to be immersed in the sea of red at the NFL's loudest stadium!!!

I don't go too crazy for the preseason games because they don't count. That's just me.

I don't put much stock in them either but they are affordable to be able to attend.

Preseason's too long! Let's play for real!

Wish I could see a game at Arrowhead! Looks like fun!

Wow Jason....you are a true hard-core fan! You look like you wore a full set of pads to the game....or maybe you've just been working out. ;)

Will you be cheering the Jets this season?

I can't say that I'll be cheering the Jets but I will sure be watching some of their games. I'm also curious to see how long they boo the quarterback and coaches in Green Bay during the first home game. :)

That will be very interesting. I feel bad for Adrian Rodgers because he's going to be held to the 'Brett Favre standard.' The crowd will be rough on him when he throws his first interception or drops his first fumble. Glad I'm not him. :)

I meant Aaron Rodgers! Oops!

Yeah, fans have a way of holding on to the past for many, many, many years. Every quarterback in Denver has had no chance at all with the fans simply because they are not Elway. That brings me to a joke:

Do you know the difference between OJ and Elway?

One DRIVES a slow white bronco and one IS a slow white Bronco!!! HeeHeeHee

i so admire people who can sit through nine innings of that. you're my new basketball hero, p.f.!

Great joke! I am really hoping the Jets have a phenom season just to be spiteful towards Green Bay.

Jeez, that looks like a birthday rally for Kim Il Sung there with all that red ( or is it orange.)

uhoh. Looks like fun, but all I'm interested in is the junk food served at the stands!
So glad you had such a great time!

I'd go for the atmosphere! I'm with Z...bring on the nachos and junk food.

that is embarrassing losing to the Cardinals even if it is the preseason. (you do know where I live, don't you Jason?)

I believe my Steelers will do well this year...Leftwich as a backup and Mendenhall looks promising.

We'll see.

Steelers do look good this year. Big Ben is really coming into his own as a quarterback and looking more and more comfortable.

I'm so looking forward to football.
