19 Days 'til Christmas!!!
There's only 19 days until Christmas and people are starting to get excited here at the Frank residence. Our excitement this year is a little different than most years. Yes we are looking forward to celebrating Christmas with our family. And yes we are keeping in mind the greatest gift ever given to us by our Creator. And yes we are enjoying seeing the Christmas lights all around us. And yes we are singing the Christmas carols that we love. But this year our excitement is also tied to my girl's first trip to Disney World. In 19 days we will board a plane early Christmas morning. When we get off that plane the Disney Magical Express will pick us up and take us to the Disney Pop Century resort which will be our home until after the New Year. To say that we are excited is really quite an understatement! To get us in the spirit here I have changed up my blog colors a bit and added a nice little snow shower as well. Hope y'all like it.

Before I read your piece, I thought "it's snowing at Papa's blog...that's SNOW!" You have no idea how excited a little snow can make an LA girl, believe me!
It's just wonderful!! I keep staring at it! geeeZ
Here at Papa's we aim to please!!! Enjoy the snow!

i've been thinking about you guys and your upcoming trip. my generous offer to be your family's personal disneyworld guide is still available to you. :-) hee hee hee
that is just so cool. i'm jealous, but, in a nice way. :-) ha ha ha
HAVE FUN!
we're taking six teens to branson this afternoon and staying until evening to see the lights - some say it takes three to four hours to get from the south side of town to the north on the avenue of lights - we however are going to silver dollar city. as it's a little chilly we see loads of hot cocoa and coffee in our day.
p.s. - is it snowing at your blog?
Nanc -- If you're going to "Steal Your Dollar City" then definitely try the hot wassail. They also have hot apple cider. If you run into the rather large lady that tells stories in the old homestead cabin say hi for me. Her name is Judy. Her husband Richard is usually manning the line outside of the saloon. He's also rather large (and tall) with long white hair. Give him a hello as well if you run into him. Those two are the best story tellers I have ever met. Wonderful people.
And enjoy the snow here at Papa's!
One year, Mr. AOW and I went to Disney World a few days after Christmas. Wonderful! For adults too!
That sounds like a good vacation. I hope the airlines don't make it hard on you. We haven't had much luck with them lately in my family.
The girls are the perfect age for it too!
How can I get snow? We don't have any here so I want some virtual snow!
Enjoy the Christmas season with your children. It is infinitely more enjoyable when they are little.
Papa Frank..what a great Christmas for all of your family!
We have lots of snow, here, but the snow on your blog is so neat! :)
Wow! You're going to have such a great time!
Oh, I cannot imagine the excitement and joy in their hearts when they see Micky and Minnie!!
Oh yea, and the twins will be pretty pumped, too!
;-)
I'm officially jealous.
