9 Days 'til Christmas

Well, this is what was awaiting me at work today.

There are several ways to clean off 41 school busses. None of them are fast. None of them are fun. But this little toy here does come close:

Industrial backpack leaf blowers work wonders on snow if it's not too wet. By the way, it's only nine more days until hanging out with these guys is all I have to worry about. I'm really...........um...I mean.....my GIRLS are really looking forward to it. (yeah, that's the ticket)

Does it ever snow at Disney?

Every day during the holiday season. They make it snow down an entire street in Disney Hollywood Studio theme park every night when they turn on the Christmas lights.

MM-Right now we get up into the 70's by afternoon...doesn't stay there, but it does warm up.
At least this week...next? I'd chrck the longer range on 2 sites, WeatherUnderground and Accuweather.
Also, http://www.wftv.com/index.html has the best meteorologists in the area! We really depend on Tom Terry during hurricane season...he's more accurate than the NHC!

Edge-Wrong, it doesn't happen often(every 15-20 yrs.) and it doesn't stay...but there have been flurries there.
Melbourne, southwest of me, has gotten flurries, and just north of us in Canaveral Groves had flurries about 6 years ago, and that's on the coast.
G*D bless and MARANATHA!

In the 60's and 70's, it wasn't uncommon to wake up to icicles and ice patches...
